My name is Jonathan Walsh, and I’m a full-time musician. I’ve been playing and performing guitar and piano for over 10 years. During this time, I’ve participated in several studio recordings and played many concerts. I also play in a 4-piece band, performing on guitar, piano, and synths. I’m familiar with Logic Pro, Reaktor (synth modeling software), Ableton Live, and Reason in the studio.

I’m a friendly, reliable, and patient person, well aware that learning an instrument can seem a daunting task at first. But, as I found myself, with patience and a little dedication, you can definitely achieve your goals.

Moving to London as a teenager, I quickly fell in love with the music I was exposed to. This inspired me to recommence my piano education and also take up the guitar, having developed a taste for its unique and very varied timbre. I’ve since spent many years improving my ear and technique to a point where I have the needed skills to express myself. I am also qualified to ABRSM Grade 8 level in piano.

I’m based just off Brick Lane, very near to Bethnal Green Road, which makes it a very convenient and short walk to Shoreditch High Street Station, Bethnal Green Underground, Aldgate East Underground, and Liverpool Street Station.
